The Youth Development in Diverse Contexts (YDDC) lab at Fordham University examines the influence of daily life experiences on developmental outcomes for youth and adolescents. We take an ecosystemic approach to understanding the role of identity development, stress, sleep, and diverse contextual factors, including racial experiences, in shaping psychosocial and academic trajectories for minority youth, building a holistic picture of youth functioning.
